What this site collects, why, and how to have it removed.
Gazillion Industries is a one-person company that makes audio plug-ins. Nothing here is sold, rented or shared with data brokers, and there is no advertising network running on this site beyond what is listed below.
The website measurement services are described below.

Payment is handled entirely by Gumroad. Card details are never sent to this site and are never seen by Gazillion Industries. What comes back is your email address, the product, the amount, and the country the order came from, which is what a receipt and a license need. Gumroad's own privacy policy covers their side.
On the BEEFY product page and our Gumroad storefront and checkout, the TikTok pixel measures page views, cart and checkout actions, and paid purchases to measure and improve our TikTok ads. Events include product identifiers, purchase value and currency. TikTok also receives browser and device information, the connection IP address, and cookie or ad-click identifiers that may connect these actions to a TikTok account. Free orders are excluded from purchase events.
The BEEFY page preserves TikTok's ad-click identifier in its checkout link. Automatic Advanced Matching is enabled. It can use available customer information, including email, phone number, name, city, state, postal code, country and customer or order identifiers, to connect website actions with TikTok accounts. Email and phone identifiers are hashed before transmission.
Enhanced data collection is also enabled. It collects page and product details, button and other click activity, scrolling and engagement, and website performance information to improve measurement and ad delivery. TikTok explains its advertising cookies and enhanced data collection. Browser privacy settings and tracker blockers can limit this measurement.
The list runs on Kit. It holds the email address you gave, and which emails you opened or clicked, which is how sending stays occasional rather than constant. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.
The plug-ins need an internet connection once, to activate. After that they do not phone home: they contain no analytics, send nothing anywhere, and work with no internet connection. What you make with them is yours and is never transmitted.
We use YouTube API Services in an internal tool that reads public YouTube channel information (channel names and descriptions, recent video titles, publish dates and view counts) to find music-production creators we may contact about our plug-ins. We do not access private YouTube data or any YouTube account. This information is kept for no more than 30 days and then deleted. YouTube's Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. To ask us to delete information about your channel, email hello@gazillionindustries.com and we will remove it within 7 days.
Email tony@gazillionindustries.com and say what you want removed. No form and no account required. Purchase records are kept because tax rules require it, but the email address attached to them can be removed from the list and from any future contact.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and no data is knowingly collected from them.
If this changes, the date below changes with it. Anything materially different will be said in an email to the list rather than quietly edited.
